Dress for Success San Francisco is powered by the dedication and heart of our volunteers. You help women across the Bay Area build careers, confidence, and brighter futures — and we couldn’t do it without you.

As a small thank-you, we’re inviting our Active SF Volunteers to a special early shopping hour (11 AM–12 PM) before Shop for Success opens to the public.

Use the code THANKYOU for complimentary admission for you and one guest (adult or youth ages 10+). Just make sure each person is registered appropriately.

We’ll also have bagels, coffee, and a small thank-you gift waiting for you at check-in.

What Is Shop for Success?
Shop for Success is our first-ever community shopping event where every purchase helps women across the Bay Area build brighter futures.

Think thrift-store treasure hunt meets boutique discovery — explore racks of quality clothing and accessories, from timeless staples to surprise designer finds, all at incredible prices.

Most items will be $10 each, with shoes for $25 per pair — including a large selection of new Rothy’s (mostly size 7).

How Shop for Success Differs from the Holiday Soirée
Our annual Fall Fundraiser, the Holiday Soirée, returns on Saturday, November 15. It’s our signature party and shopping day — complete with cocktails, an open bar, delicious food from McCalls Catering, and first access to the most exclusive items.

The next day, Shop for Success offers a more relaxed, family-friendly shopping experience — open to ages 10 and up. You’ll find remaining Soirée pieces plus new items added just for Sunday, all at unbeatable prices.

In short:

Holiday Soirée = Party + First Look at Designer Finds (21+ only)

Shop for Success = Thrift-Style Discovery + Great Deals (ages 10+)

If you already have a Soirée ticket, you’re automatically invited to Shop for Success as well.

Guidelines for All Attendees at Shop for Success
Each attendee must have a ticket — $50 for ages 21+ and $25 for ages 10–20.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Open to ages 10 and up (no children under 10, please).

Item availability is first come, first served. We aim to be size inclusive, featuring clothing from sizes 00–28.

Most items are women’s clothing, but there will also be a small men’s section.
